Checking in on Your Financial Health (+ A Special Invite!)

Welcome back,

When’s the last time you checked in on your overall financial health?

Just like a regular wellness check-up, doing a quick review of your finances can help you stay on track and catch anything that needs attention before it turns into a bigger issue.

Here are 2 simple ways to check in:

1. Review Your Credit – Check your credit score and pull a free credit report to look for errors or areas to improve. There are safe and free ways to do this without impacting your credit—just make sure you’re using a reputable source.

2. Check Your Savings – Do you have at least one month of expenses saved? Take a few minutes to make sure you’re building a safety net that supports your goals. If you have one month saved, set a goal to make it two. The more prepared you are, the less stress you’ll feel around money.

Financial check-ins don’t have to be overwhelming. Think of them as fact-finding missions. You’re simply gathering information so you know which goals to work on next.

And if one of those goals is paying off debt, we’d love to invite you to join our upcoming Debt Payoff Power Circle—a 6-week program for women who are ready to stop feeling overwhelmed and start making serious progress toward becoming debt-free.

Each week, we’ll walk through clear steps, strategies, and mindset tools to help you build a sustainable plan that works for you.

You've got this,

Summer is slowly arriving, and it’s asking us to shift. Not quit. Not power down.Just lean in a little more gently. This season, I’m working with this rhythm:☀️ Savoring what I already have☀️ Spending 10 minutes a day on my relationships—quick texts, longer hugs☀️ Prioritizing walks and being outside...

Hey friend, This morning, I didn’t wake up grounded. I woke up buzzing, but not the good kind. It was one of those days where my mind raced faster than my feet could catch up.But I caught myself. Instead of rushing into my workday, I walked over to my grounding mat.I closed my eyes.Breathed in. Counted to four.Breathed out. Counted to four. Just 60 seconds. That’s all it took to feel human again. Here’s the thing: 🧠 When your brain is in a stress loop, your nervous system can’t tell the...

Welcome back, We’ve all been there. You swipe the card for something small like a $12 pair of flip-flops and think, “No big deal.” But if it’s sitting on a high-interest credit card and only the minimum is being paid? Those flip-flops are going to end up costing you a whole lot more. In this week’s podcast episode, Jen, Meri-Li, and Sybil discuss something so many women in our community are struggling with right now: debt and how it affects not just our wallets but also our minds, our...
